We used the online story about Drippy the Raindrop to spark a conversation, then reinforced with coloring pages about evaporation and condensation for our water cycle poster.
We also did a quick experiment, observing boiling water to see evaporation taking place (vapor/steam rising) and saw condensation on the pan lid.
After naptime we explored liquid watercolors! This was a ton of fun. I think Zara worked on various watercolor projects for over an hour!
Zoey enjoyed gnawing on a paintbrush!
