It must be Spring as we all want to play in the dirt! I am not much of a green thumb, but every year I try to care for or grow some sort of plant. For the start this year we potted some flowers to brighten up the porch (with some help from the neighbor girls).
Zara and I also planted a few seeds, Basil and Parsley for me, a Sunflower Zara picked out for Zoey, and a Pumpkin for Zara! After several days the Basil and Sunflower have already sprouted so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll wind up with some plants.
